With an online meditation class, you can zen out in the comfort of your own home and not have to worry about how you’re going to drive in such a blissful state.
EVERY WEEK, Suzy will take you through a guided online meditation class in the hope to alleviate stress, enhance mood, increase immunity, improve focus/creativity, generate healing, foster positive mindset and connect with a supportive community. Guided meditation is highly recommended for beginners to meditation.
Suzy uses sound frequencies and vibration therapy infused into nature sounds to help invoke your brain waves into a deep state of relaxation. She utilises visualisation techniques to detach you from your current reality.

Classes are free and are held on Thursdays at 11am and Saturdays at 2.30pm via zoom.
